Proviz classic active waterproof running jacket light blue reflective

Hi this is new tags. It does have a small spot to the top left shoulder and what appears to be kind of a watermark to the reflective stripe to the back. Please see last two photos for pictures of these. I have not tried to clean either spot. Please message with any questions. Thank you!
