One large drop in pocket has a zippered pocket also. second drop in pocket has cell phone holder, key holder, several card pockets. third pocket is just a drop in. On the back is a large drop in with hook and loop closure. Padded leather handle on top and shoulder strap has padding for comfort. Has minor wear which is shown in photos.
