Vintage 90's Cosby style 3D knit Protege Collection XL blk/gry/wht men's crew neck sweater. chst:25" (50"); lngth:27". Uneven hem-see pics. Measurements allign with others of sim8lar size tagging. Item is missing laundry care tag. But I checked comps. Very high likelihood it is 100% acrylic. I checked at least 12 other Protege sweaters of similar style and neck tag style, and every one was acrylic/USA made. Machine wash warm/tumble dry low heat. No bleachy!. I included a pic of most similar comp. It is not from THIS item. Sweater is very Coogi-esque with the wild vertical stripe pattern. Though it's a men's sweater, it would certainly do well as a slouchy shoulder ladies' pullover as well.
