Protect purse Michael Kors , Marigold Python Tote, “NEEDS HELP”

This is a Michael Kors Marigold Python embossed zip top leather tote. The exterior is in great shape, the handles are also in great shape. But the interior silver lining is not in good condition. It belonged to an Aunt of mine. Im not sure how long it was stored in her closet. Like I said the exterior is in great shape. It’s just the interior lining with the problem. I do not have the heart to throw it away. If someone has any experience fixing this kind of problem and would like to tackle it , this tote is for you. It measures 17” W x 11” H x 4.5” D
