jilliandunne I'm pretty sure that is typical for the style. I own a lot of this style and the chuns and brand new they both had a few minor flaws in the crochet. I believe it is because all are handmade. I have never worn this bottom as you could tell because it was NWT. I have a five star rating and quality is really important to me so again I apologize that you were unhappy.
