Its a Pronovias Princess Wediing dress with long sleeves and Train. It was bought Last year and used once. The invoice is available. It was a big size and altered by Pronovias tailor to size 8. Amazing condition except for a small snatch/opening in one of the sleeves. There is a pic of that sleeve among the posted pictures.
