Stunning strapless full length dress, has elastic to keep up on chest! Color is navy blue and sparkling (3rd pic shows actual color) Diamond beading in great shape as well! Purchased new at Dillard's about 7 months ago. Worn one time for a wedding! I'm 5'4 wearing a 4 inch wedge dress just touches the floor. Measuring roughly 51/52 in laying flat from pit to bottom.
