Promesa Skirt - Women's Small[?]‎

Gently Used Promesa Maxi Skirt. This is missing a size tag, but in my opinion it seems like a small. See measurements. Black throughout. Kind of a suede appearance to it, but is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Lightweight and unique looking skirt! Waist is 14” and length is 36.5”.
