This has been worn only once for a Miss Korea NY division pageant. It says size 4 but it actually fits a size 2. It has been dry cleaned and stored so there are no stains, rips, holes, etc. The back consists of two jeweled straps that criss-cross. The color is teal/blue. I wore this dress with 4 inch heels shown in the first picture which was a perfect length.
