Prom/Pageant Dress

This dress is a Royal blue color. It is fitted down to the hips, where a slit begins the elegant flowing portion. The fitted, upper half of the dress is lace. The back is lace and see-through but there is lace fabric to cover the breast and the mid-torso area. The dress is a size 8 and has not been altered. It has been worn once, and has no damage.
