Prom/Event Dress

Jewel studded navy blue dress perfect for prom! Comes with built-in bra pads and has only been worn once for my junior year prom in 2018. Tag lists it as a Small, which is about a 2, and even a 4 can fit it (my current size now)! Dress will be washed before being shipped. My measurements for reference: Height: 5'4 Weight: 115-132 Bust: 34B
