Speechless Beautiful unique dress. Navy blue. Peplum like features on sides of hips. Creates great hour glass. Trumpet skirt. Strapless. There are fabric hooks for straps but we never had straps. Fully lined and padded bodice. Scuba like but not crazy stiff and thick. This is nice material and has flow. Great condition. Worn for photos.
