Please note there are many missing gems . This is new with the tags and has all the extra gemstones. I do not know if it’s fixable . I purchased it hoping to fix it and never got around to it . It’s a stunning stress never been worn but will require someone with skill. This is why I’m selling it cheap .

Good evening,I am looking at a couple of dresses for a charity ball gown sale I am having next week. 2 questions, I am wondering if this is velvet on the bottom or a polyester? and the other dress I like says buy one get one 50% off. Does that still apply? Thanks a bunch
