STUNNING gown bought from a boutique in Charleston, SC. Tailored to fit smaller than a size 1, so fits about a 24 waist (very tiny!!). Perfect for someone struggling to find a gown small enough for them!! I had an awesome time at my prom and felt so gorgeous, I want to pass it on to someone else!
