I am 5’1 and had it altered to 3 in heals (it was still a little long). It has a band around it and lace on the back. The zippers are in perfect condition, and straps have been altered, but can be undone. There is a slit in the dress as seen in pictures to show off a little leg and your shoes. This dress is in perfect condition I just no longer have a use for it. When shipped I will ship in it’s dry cleaner plastic wrap. I normally wear a size 0-2 and this was big before alterations
