Strapless with elastic at the top and has extra grip Mini on some knee length on others. Fully line in polyester with a 100 per cent silk outer dress. The waist is pleated like a cumber bun and the cumber bun pleating is repeated starting 7 inches above hem to the end . This is a prom dress that you can wear all summer to weddings, parties and a night out on the town. bust from top of dress to waist 5 1/4 inches in front...3 inches in back. waist cumber bun 3 1/4 wide all around and 28 inches around with no give at all to silk fabric hips -38 inches and in an a line. I measured the lining because the silk over lay is pleated but the lining is not. waist to hem 24 1/2 inches measured in middle front.55
