Prom Dress, size 2, designer is Ellie Wilde. Deep royal blue with lace and beaded detail. Mermaid fit. Dress has never been worn due to the pandemic. It does need a very small clasp in the back which broke when she tried it on and didn't realize until just recently.

@kineticapparel good morning! No it does not. It's similar to a mermaid fit so the bottom is "flowy" if that makes sense.
