This is by Forever Yours. It was once a very full ball gown that we cut to shin length on a young woman, or it could still fit as a full ball gown on a little girl. Everything on the dress is custom designed. It is labeled as a size 2 but can be let out to be a size 4 or 5; vice versa it can be taken in more if needed to be smaller. I am asking $425/OBO.
