This is by Precious Formals. It was once a full ball gown that we cut to knee length. The color is baby blue and it is a size 4. The broach in the middle is removal if wanted. It was actually purchased separate from the dress but I am selling both together. I am asking $250/OBO.

@ginaywy It is in excellent condition I have only ever worn it twice. Once for my Jr. Prom then again my Senior Class Night. Pictures do not do it justice. Also $250.00 is the lowest I could go since selling on this app the website takes a certain percentage. Would you still be interested and where are you located?
