Prom Dress

Beautiful royal blue prom dress from the brand Colors. Size 4 but fits like a 2. I’m 5’4’’ with 3 inch heels on and weigh about 115. I did get the dress altered to reduce some of the train, hem the front, and added hooks in the skirt to give the option to bustle the skirt for dancing.
