Light blue mermaid style prom dress with low neckline and beautiful silver, blue, and pearl beading. Has a low back and was only worn once. I’m 5’1 and ended up wearing the dress with converse after getting it hemmed for about 4 inch heels but it looks good either way. Has a few small stains but will get it cleaned before it’s shipped.
