It is in great condition except for 2 small dots missing on the right side of the frame as seen in the pictures. While this noticeable it doesn't take away the cuteness of the picture. In the picture of the kitten closeup of the ear there is a small scratch on the glass. Because of its location it is hard to see and it blends in with the kittens fur. The frame itself is in great condition except for two small scuffs from handling most likely. These flaws do not warrant throwing this gorgeous picture away. On the back there is a wire for hanging and a small hole where it looks like they tried hanging it on a nail. It does not affect the backing nor the hanging of the picture. The pictures show the flaws but also the beauty of the print. Frame measures: 10 inches wide and 8 3/4 inches tall. Picture measures: 5 3/4 inches wide and 4 1/4 tall. No signature noted.
