Professional and comfortable black heel

Purchased from Payless (I think?), worn one time. Has comfort sole and seriously is comfortable. Size 8.5 but fits like an 8 in my opinion. If you have more narrow feet, it would be true a 8.5 as my feet are more wide. Minor scuff on bottom of left heel which is shown in picture and reflected in price.
