Hi, is there a brand name to search for the other size blade replacement part? And does it work on sweet potatoes too? Or are might they be too dense?

Hi @metroamy the brand listed in the description is the only one I have. If they offer replacement parts, you could try Googling “(brand name) french fry cutter replacement part.” And yes, it works for sweet potatoes too, just microwave them briefly first to soften them up a bit. The box includes full instructions.
