Professional Rusk Texturizing Shears made In Japan And Germany

I have two Rusk Texturizing Shears, one made In Japan and the other made in Germany. I got these from a stylist in the past. I believe the German pair has some rusk the handle part which can be cleaned up I believe. Also, you get her old bag which is not in the greatest shape but it is pretty nice in my opinion.
