Proenza Schouler designer vintage Juniors line for Target mini grey and white polka dot mini skirt 97% cotton 3% spandex with 100% polyester lining underneath the skirt. This skirt is made in Bangladesh. It has a zipper in the back as well in very excellent condition has not been worn a lot. This skirt is from the early 2000's Target fashion designers line. Juniors Waist - 32 1/2 inches Hips - 38 inches Length - 20 inches
