Proenza Schouler Layered Tank Dress in Blue and Black - Size 6

This is a layered tank dress by Proenza Schouler in black and a blue print. This dress has a black top with a strap that hangs over the bottom. When you are wearing it, you don't see any of the middle seams as the black portion hangs over it. The bottom is a layered skirt in a blue psychedelic print. Size 6, 17" bust flat, and 14" waist flat. 39" long. PS typically fits true to size or a little big. Love this dress but need fewer work dresses with WFH!
