Problems Publishing Listings

Hello, I'm Hailey!! I've been wondering if anyone else has been having trouble with publishing their listings. Mine seem to publish and appear on my page but no one else can see them. Has anyone had any problems like this? I'm also worried my sharing isn't working. Thanks for your time!!😁❤ Even this listing won't publish!! Does anyone have any idea what i'm doing wrong??
