kabbys Trying to figure out how this works. After all this time a shopper did not like her items. Do I get the items back? Kind of upset about this, buyer did not say anything to me, just reported me and want her money back, but ...what about my items??? Thank you for your time 🙁

ra3na16 @kabbys it depends on the buyer if they want to send it back. I genuinely wanted to refund her even off the app.

kabbys @ra3na16 thank you for the answer. I think I’ll refund her money so I won’t have that “stain” in my page. Hopefully she won’t buy from me again. And hopefully she won’t “pull” something like that on someone else🙃
