Print Tiered Fishtail Strapless Dress XS

Brand new with tags. Strapless dress with a tiered fishtail in back. Blue, purple & white print with silver metallic thread. Layers of fabric in front creating an uneven hem. Molded cups at bust so no bra is necessary. Zipper back with one hook closure. The upper is a fitted bodice and waist. Tag says S but this def fits XS Please see measurements below. NOTE dress looks very short because my mannequin is 5’9 Waist across 12.5” Armpit-armpit across 15” Shortest length 26.” Doesn’t stretch.
