Princess Polly Ruffle Skirt

This skirt is SO cute and I bought it originally for the French Riviera. Unfortunately it runs pretty small! It’s a size 4 but would definitely be recommend for a size 0 or 2 at best. It is stretchy and was only worn once to try on although the tags were removed.
