Brand new without tags! From my own closet, only ever tried it on but never ended up wearing it. The quality is amazing, and the color is a gorgeous bubblegum/Barbie pink! So girly and fun. Fits a 4-6. Hits mid thigh, straps are adjustable. Material has some stretch to it but is not see through.
