Princess House "Highlights" Cut Crystal Lighter and Toothpick Holder Set 1980s

A beautiful set of heavy, 24% Lead Crystal from Japan cigarette lighter and extra holder for matches etc. I think that the second piece could also be for a lighter, but the lighter part is missing. It could be used to hold toothpicks etc. They were manufactured in the 1980s. They measure 4" tall w/ lighter, 3" without. They are 3.25" wide at the center. They weigh 2.9 lbs. They are in excellent condition with no surface wear or chips. The lighter is marked Japan.
