mobtown1906 @etherialaura hello ..the only label on it is on the tag shown in the photo which indicates that it is an Aran Handknit Sweater. I would say it is wool given its weight and thickness. I bought it from a vintage store a few years ago with another of the same brand...just don't need two where in my climate
