Primitive Snowman LED

This delightful snowman is manufactured by Roman Inc. His arms are full of birds and a banner spells out joy. Two stars and the moon are lit via batteries. It does need a fresh set of batteries, but currently operates. I believe he was manufactured in the 1980s or 90s. he stands 8 1/2 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide.
