Primark Button Front Coverup

Approx 39” shoulder to bottom Roughly 24“ pit to pit I don’t know if this is a dress or a coverup. With the light, gauzy material, the cut of the bottom of the dress (comes up on sides), and adjustable waistband I think it would be a great coverup. 😊
