Primark Black Summer Midi Dress with Flutter Sleeves

I’m not sure this was ever worn. But I’m listing it as pre-owned just in case. It’s in nice condition and I will steam it before I send it. It’s soft and flowy. Dress is size 14. I feel like it runs a little small. Top to bottom is 38”. Armpit to armpit is 16”. From a non smoking home. I use recycled packaging when possible. Any questions, please ask. Thank you.
