gramsclosetI couldn't have said it any better. I am the same way when it comes to the customer service side of the transaction. People fail to realize that all you have on Posh is your reputation. Once you get a bad reputation your Poshing days are numbered. I like the interacting with fellow Poshers more than making a couple dollars on a sale. It only takes 5 minutes to wrap item nice and neat and to write a thank you card. . Nice to hear people that still take pride in everything they do@joey1234
