You can open claims when people send you stuff that isn't as described- take a pic of defect and get your money back- includingggg shipping :) I was so mad a few times bc people essentially just sold me their trash.. Empathy is another attribute we see too little of now. Watching the news shows the increasing violence in our culture. Yes it infiltrates evil everywhere. It is discouraging to see it here too. But we have some, that hold onto integrity and we are an endangered species

gramscloset I couldn't have said it any better. I am the same way when it comes to the customer service side of the transaction. People fail to realize that all you have on Posh is your reputation. Once you get a bad reputation your Poshing days are numbered. I like the interacting with fellow Poshers more than making a couple dollars on a sale. It only takes 5 minutes to wrap item nice and neat and to write a thank you card. . Nice to hear people that still take pride in everything they do@joey1234

sheilajacquet I can't imagine, you should know how beautiful that picture is the dog looks unbelievable, I had to look twice and here yet so gentle and she is just the most caring of all, look at the connection that picture would go viral and yet it touch my heart and brought tears to my eyes to know that there's so much compassion between the animal and the human.
