Fashionable design with two layers: a mesh layer with a cloud pattern, and an opaque layer with a solid blue color. The cloud print part has one strap. The solid blue part has sleeves that can be worn kinda off shoulder if wanted. Never worn, new with tags! Runs a slight bit small for a Shein size M in my opinion. Cat friendly household. Can't find the original price from when I ordered this item, so I put what I think the price was. $5 is as low as I'll go for this item individually, but you may bundle it with other things for a deeper discount.
