PrettyLittleThing Black Velvet Dress

Elegant black velvet mini dress. It has long sleeves with almost fringe/cabana slit to the hands. Padded shoulders and nice crop feature above the waist. I would say it runs a bit small. Very nice for holiday season especially. Never worn, it was a bit too small on me.
