holidaystewart @lars10 I purchased this bag and it was reported as NWT and it came from Neiman Marcus. This was supposedly a LV and LV handbags don't come with paper wrapped handles. so I would like to return it for a refund for false advertisement

lars10 @holidaystewart I think you should check the messages on the conversation board. I received the bag back without the strap and the pick key ring and paper certificates that were definitely in the box I shipped. Very uncool to send back with all the accessories. It also feels like you used it - very very uncool. I’m not giving any refund unless all the pieces are returned to me unharmed. Otherwise I’m shipping it right back to you.

holidaystewart I am sorry that the strap and key ring were missing. I checked and I found them. How do you suppose I used it with the paper still on the handles. There were no papers in the box. I returned it in the same box that you shipped it. There are no papers on a knock off. I will send the strap and key ring to you. It was an innocent mistake, why would I keep the strap and the keys and not have the purse ?

holidaystewart Hi Laura, just keep the purse with no strings attached. You insinuated that I was a cheat so I would rather take a loss on this than to be labeled a cheat. How does a bag feel like its been used.? I don't even know how to reposh. I am sorry for the mistake and hope that maybe you can reposh it .
