Pretty flowing skirt

Beautiful deep sea blue, violet and green flowy skirt. Sheer top layer with teal lining. 100%Rayon. Made in India. Sides are slit about 15" up. Length- 38" Back of waistband is elastic with tie in front and zipper on side. Lining has stain the size of a pencil eraser. Bottom 3" in back has multiple tiny snags, esp at hem.
