New without tags. I never wore it. Feeling too old now, lol. One of those things you buy and forget about. So this has all the use left in it. It’s very soft but not fussy. The straps are adjustable. I love this color kind of like a Cornwall blue almost. The true color is the photo with tape measurer on it, against my bedspread. The other photos make the colors, which are picking up a blur from the sun coming in the window, look faded gray. Happy Poshing!
