Pretty Sterling Silver Heart Ring with White Gemstones Size 8

Pretty ring with smaller raised heart in center ( 3 gemstones) and lower , larger heart beneath (numerous gemstones). Top Left shank has more stones as does lower right. The place I got the ring said the stones are Marcasite, but I am not sure. They are not diamonds. There are dings / markings from being worn to the bottom & top of the band.
