There is micro pleating throughout. May run a little smaller that US Plus 22. See Measurements below. I don't see any damage. Comes in original bag. Please see all the photos. No rips, holes, snags or tears. No stains or odors. Measurements are flat: Waistband: 21 1/2 Inches stretching to 27 Hip Area: 26 Inches, stretching to 30 Hem Width: 35 Inches, stretching to 38 Skirt Length: 51 Inches Skirt has a raw Hem so could be cut to any length.
