Pretty Jelly Jars from Knotts Berry Farms~Vintage~ These jelly jars are 4.25" tall including the lid and 3" wide. These would be great bedside covered glasses. The overall color of the jelly jars are white. The lid has a painted pink raspberry with hand painted leaves with gold gilding along with gold gilding around the rim of the lid and at the bottom of the jar. There is also gold gilding on the leaves and stem on the picture of the raspberry and blueberries on the front. These are porcelain jars. There are no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing that I can see. I would suggest that these jars be hand washed in order to keep the graphics nice. The bottom of the jelly jars are marked Knotts Berry Farms. This park located in Buena Park, California, is considered the first theme park in America. It was inaugurated in 1920 as a berry farm managed by the Knott family and in 1940, they added areas for rides. In 1970, they officially became a theme park. I remember going to Knotts Berry Farms in the 60's. I am sure it is a lot different now.
