Pretty HowBazaar black dress with maroon floral design size small

Black HowBazaar short sleeve dress with pretty maroon floral design. I bought it on Prince Edward Island in Canada - looks beautiful belted or loose, with sweater and boots in cooler weather, or in the summer with sandals. Cannot find a size tag on it, but I wear a small and it fits beautifully. Stretchy material so may fit a medium as well. In excellent condition from smoke free home
