Pretty Guide Mermaid style Flapper Gown XS

Purchased this several years ago to wear to a roaring 20’s party and ended up wearing something else because it’s so long and overall big. I forgot about entirely until today while cleaning out my closet. Also the stock image is the dress but she is wearing a short jacket so in case you don’t notice the dress does not have sleeves. It also has a few loose beads and strings even though it has not been worn, no clue how lol but it still would make a pretty costume if it fit correctly. Not sure the material is high quality enough to alter professionally but if you are personally savvy in that way you could cut the bottom and make a shorter flapper dress.
