triggerboo As best as I could measure it... I am getting a good 36 inches at the bust. The front of the dress at the neckline overlaps, so it would have a little give there if you are busty like my daughter. Also there is a bit of give in the fabric... I would not call it a stretch fabric but it is not rigid either.

triggerboo I would be comfortable saying this dress would fit a 38" as that is my daughters bra size. It might would give to a 41" but it would probably look too tight. Thank you for your interest!!!
