Presto 4 Qt Pressure Cooker Model A403A USA Made & Accessories - For Parts

Vintage 4 quart Presto Pressure cooker & Accessories. Model # A403A. Pan has scratches and discoloration. Seals most likely need replaced. Replacement gasket and air vent included. Inner rack included. Pressure regulator on top, but I cannot figure out how to attach. That's the reason I'm selling it for parts. I do not know if it is functional. It is all intact, but needs a good scrub. Please see photos.
